In this video I identify exactly what a limiting belief is and how it can subconsciously hold you back in all aspects of your life. Using a table as an example, we then work through the 5 steps you can work on to change your limiting beliefs.
This is an educational activity that will require you to work through it, but I have seen plenty of people use this technique to break down old disempowering beliefs and rebuild more empowering statements instead. You don't have to be defined by your negative thought patterns.
