This video has been co-produced by National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU) and NHS England to highlight how the introduction of the Initial Operational Response (IOR) impacts upon Hazmat/CBRN response for staff working in the front line of the NHS. This includes people working in emergency departments, walk-in centres, urgent care centres, primary care and community clinic settings.
