Jonathan W Friedberg, MD, MMSc, University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, shares some insights into how the treatment landscape of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is changing, drawing focus on the promise of pola-R-CHP. Dr Friedberg first highlights the heterogeneity of DLBCL, and then goes on to discuss the promise of pola-R-CHP compared to R-CHOP, based on findings from the POLARIX study (NCT03274492).
