First of all, you need to have your Galaxy s4 Rooted.
And then you need to install a custom recovery.This is a custom rom created and developed by the authors Nafy and Talay.
I have been using this rom since past 6 months and no big issues found. Usable and note 7 - s6 styled aroma built in to the rom.
