For the syrup

300ml water (1 1/2 cups)
drops of lemon juice
For the cookie dough
50g soft butter
1 egg
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp coconut
50 ml sunflower oil
1 sachet vanilla sugar (8g)
2 tsp baking powder
200g all-purpose flour
poppy seeds for coating
nuts for decorating (pistachios, walnut or hazelnuts)
