2️⃣ Front leg swing 10 per side
3️⃣ Lateral leg swing 10 per side
4️⃣ Incline push up 10 reps
5️⃣ Plyometric step up 20 total
6️⃣ Shoulder rotation 10 per direction
7️⃣ 180 split squat 20 total
