My first Alaskan adventures included a Target run, dinner in an igloo, mug brownies, and a private screening of Grease with Sherri and her friends to celebrate her birthday! I had amazing movie popcorn and we all sang along to the movie. It was such a fun weekend, even if my Chiefs lost. I'll add the mug brownie recipe below.

To make one mug brownie:
2 tablespoons melted butter (can sub in vegetable oil)
2 tablespoons chocolate milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons chocolate chips, nuts, or peanut butter

Combine all ingredients and microwave 30 seconds to one minute. If you like your brownies more cakey than fudgey, use all the flour and microwave longer. I prefer mine to be more gooey, so I skip one tablespoon of flour and microwave it shorter.
