The momentum on the front in Ajdabiya is changing slowly in favour of the opposition forces as many pro-Gaddafi forces switch sides.
The city has not seen heavy fighting but has come under rocket attack by Gaddafi loyalists stationed on the outskirts.
After the rebels managed to consolidate their position in this eastern Libyan town, many people, who had fled, are making a comeback.
