The CoWin portal is meant to make it easier for users to reach hospitals and vaccination centres, but there have been concerns about availability of vaccines, accessibility of the portal for the millions of Indians without smartphones and internet access, as well as about the safety of vaccination data. He also agrees that any digital system, if it is not inclusive, is useless. For this reason, a call centre operated by NHA has the toll-free number 1075, through which you will be able to book the vaccination slots and also do the registration.
