FILL POT WITH OIL AND LET POT HEAT UP
ADD 3 TBSP OF CORN STARCH
FRY UNTIL LOBSTER TURNS RED AND THEN TAKE OUT
OIL AND THEN PUT SCALLION AND GINGER IN
ADD A LITTLE COOKING WINE
ADD SOME WATER
ADD 1 TSB OF SUGAR
1 TSP OF MSG
1 TBSP OF SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP OF OYSTER SAUCE
PUT LID ON TOP AND LET IT COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OR SO
