In April 2022 a group of men brutally murdered 18-year-old Michael Toohey during an assault in a city centre internet café.
Despite the forensic and investigative challenges, specialist detectives, crime scene investigator and digital experts built up an overwhelming case against Michael’s attackers.
On February 24th of this year, four men and a 14 year-old boy were jailed for life after being found guilty of murder by a jury.
