Carrots cut in small pieces remove yellow part.
Add 1 and 1/2 glass water. COVER And cook after whistle for 10 to 12 minutes. Then dry water on high flame and mash the carrots with spatula. Add clarified butter 1/4th cup and cook for few minutes add sugar 1/3rd cup cook for few minutes and keep it aside.
Take a broad wok add 2 litre water ,cook and evaporate till thick add carrots and nuts ,serve and enjoy ♥️♥️♥️
