In this video I will demonstrate how to effectively employ the Flankers (R27ER and R27ET) missiles. The R27ER specifically has a reputation of being a bad missile and is not preferred over the R77 Adder. Redfor players tend to avoid the ER because of its poor tracking (which cant be helped due to poor modeling) and the fact that it is a fox 1. Over the years since I have played DCS, I have noticed its not the missile that is bad but more so the players do not know how to actually utilize it. After watching this video, you will walk away with the understanding of how to employ the ER and why I prefer it to the R77.
