Special Category States for the Composition Scheme are as follow:

1. Sikkim
2. Arunachal Pradesh
3. Manipur
4. Meghalaya
5. Mizoram
6. Nagaland
7. Tripura
8. Uttrakhand

If the Taxable Person is registered in these states then the Turnover limit for the Composition Scheme would be Rs. 75 Lakhs instead of the normal limit of Rs. 1.5 Crores.
