ALOO MASALA CHEESE TOAST
Ingredients
1½ cups leftover aloo sabzi
Grated mixed cheese to sprinkle
4 white bread slices
2 tbsps mayonnaise
1½ tbsps tomato ketchup
2 tsps chopped fresh parsley + to sprinkle
Black sesame seeds to sprinkle
Method
1. Take leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and parsley and mix well.
2. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
3. Arrange the bread slices on baking tray and spread the potato mixture evenly.
4. Sprinkle mixed cheese and bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
5. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and parsley. Cut into halves and serve.
