A search and rescue operation is underway in Mykolaiv in Ukraine, after Russian forces carried out a large-scale air strike killing dozens of young Ukrainian soldiers at their brigade headquarters. An soldier who gave his name as Yevgen said it was home to about 200 of them and as military spokeswoman has said the final toll is still unknown.
