On September 6 Anak Verhoeven became the first woman to do a First Free Ascent of a 9a+ (5.15a). The route in question is called Sweet Neuf and is a linkup of two existing climbs, the 9a Sang Neuf and the 8c+ Home Sweet Home. She also freed Sang Neuf (9a), just two days prior to freeing Sweet Neuf.
