One person was seriously injured in a shooting in east Charlotte on Wednesday, Medic said.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police responded to a shooting near the intersection with Dunlavin Way and Eastway Drive around 11:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they found one person who had been shot. Medic said the victim was taken to Novant's Presbyterian Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
