As we continue our path on improving patient safety, the Association of Nurse Executives (India) this time embarked to discuss the importance of learning from errors. Healthcare can not afford to make the same mistakes as we deal with human lives. The topic was aptly addressed by Dr.Jothi Clara Micheal, Vice President (ANEI), and Capt. Sandhya Shankar, President ANEI Delhi Chapter. The case studies discussed helped to sensitize nurses towards reporting and learning from their mistakes.
