You will need:
•White Vinegar
•Cheap hair conditioner
•A bottle
•A funnel
•A cup measure
•A whisk
•A pot to mix in
Step 1: Add ingredients
Into the pot add 3 cups of water, 2 cups of white vinegar and 1 cup of hair conditioner.
Step 2: Whisk
Whisk the mixture until it is all combined
Step 3: finish
Pour the mixture into the bottle carefully using the funnel and you have your budget friendly fabric softener.
