Former Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh launched a scathing attack on Modi Govt accusing it of vitiating the atmosphere in national institutions like the CBI. Manmohan Singh also accused PM Modi on being silent on issues like communal violence, mob lynchings and cow vigilantism. Manmohan Singh's attack comes after Rahul Gandhi led a day-long protest against the Modi government reiterating his charge that CBI Director, Alok Verma was removed because he questioned Rafale deal.
