Special thanks to WATWAREHD for the heads up! In this video, MM08 is seen heading west through Belmar, bound for Bay Head. PL42AC #4019 was shopped in the yard and MM08 was going down to perform a power swap, swapping out the 4019 with the 4023. 4019 would then go to the MMC for repairs.
