Biscuits in ten pieces
Milk 300 ml
Two eggs
Pomegranate seeds three tbs
One and a half tbs of sugar
Vanilla one teaspoon

Mix the biscuits with the milk and sugar and set aside, and we have three spoons of sugar that we have to caramelize on the heat. After straining, pour over the caramelized sugar and add the pomegranate seeds to it. Do not stir at all and close the container tightly. Then put a metal base in a large pot and pour boiling water into it and place the dessert dish on a metal base and close the lid of the pot. Let dessert Cook over low heat for half an hour. After half an hour, let it cool a bit, and then put it in the refrigerator for three hours to cool completely, and then separate the dessert from the dish and return it to a suitable dish.
