On Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 1:30am, the victim, a 35 year-old male, was on the Septa Broad Street subway line when an unknown black male pepper sprayed the victim in the face. Surveillance video was recovered depicts the assault.
Suspect Description: Black male in his teens, heavy build, wearing a black hat black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black and white sneakers and a backpack.
