Hey everyone! Here's a fun little video that I filmed on another snowy day in Toronto. A while ago, Pranav and I came across an underground bakery called Forno Cultura. I call it underground because you open the door, take a few steps down and there it is, in all its delicious, buttery, Italian glory. On our first visit we picked up a loaf of bread with carbon baked into it - Filoncini Nero di Seppia. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but the flavour and texture were both so unique. We knew we had to go back, and so we did just one short week later. Pranav chose the savouries, I chose the espressos and panettone. As if that weren't enough, we took home an olive focaccia.
