Is your drum powder measure accurate enough? The TLDW: Yes, it is! I tested the consistency of a $300 RCBS Chargemaster Lite Electronic Powder Measure versus a $25-ish Lee Perfect Powder Measure. The powders I used for this test are IMR 3031 (an extruded powder) and Winchester StaBALL 6.5 (a ball powder).
