Hallvard Ødegaard is one of the world's most distinguished water professionals. He has been a professor NTNU for a period of 35 years specialized in water and wastewater treatment. He has been active on the international scene in the drinking water area as well as the wastewater area. Currently he is especially active in finding innovative solutions for integrated approaches to urban water management.
