Defending Sony Open champion Kevin Na has started the 2022 edition as he left off with an incredible round of 61 (-9) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Out in 29 after an incredible 4 birdies & an eagle before the turn, Na was -8 after 12 & threatening to break 60, but just the one birdie in the final 6 holes (18th) left him with an incredible start to the defense of his crown.
He's got a 1 shot lead over Jim Furyk & Russell Henley but the chasing pack isn't completely out of contention.
A big 54 holes ahead in this competiton.
