Bread and Butter Pudding Ingredients:
7-8 croissant
500 ml full fat milk
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup double cream
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla paste
Bake at 170 degrees preheated oven for 40 minutes covered with foil and then 10 minutes without foil to get the golden brown top.
