Relations between the Executive and the Judiciary just got frostier on Monday after Chief Justice David Maraga directly accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of paralyzing court operations by ignoring orders to appoint forty one judges. As a result, Maraga claims the Judiciary is unable to handle the thousands oc cases before it.
The Law Society has also condemned the President's refusal to swear in the judges while accusing the Attorney General and solicitor general of misleading the head of state.
