This recipe will show you how to cook chicken and long beans together. Not like green beans, long beans are pretty much tasteless when cooked with a water base. Therefore, cooking them with oil bases such as stir frying is essential. So, we decided to cook the chicken with a hint of spice and mix the long beans with it. The juicy spiciness was infused into the beans, which gave a very pleasant taste.

Ingredients
300g of chicken thigh fillets (cut into small pieces)
A bunch of long beans
2 Tbsp oil
3 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
½ Onion (finely chopped)
A piece of cinnamon (about 2")
½ Tsp turmeric
2 Tbsp chilli flakes (crushed chilli)
½ Garram masal
1/3 of a lime juice
Pandan leaves
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Process
Heat up a pan and add oil when the pan is hot
Add garlic and cinnamon and saute over medium heat until garlic becomes slightly brown
Then add chicken and turmeric and mix until everything is combined; cook for 3 minutes
Make a well and add chilli flakes and give a good mix
Add pandan and curry leaves and give a good mix
Add finely chopped onion and give a mix again; cover and cook for 2 minutes
Add salt and garam masala, give a good mix and cook for 5 minutes
Add lime juice and give a good mix
The dish is ready to be served. Ideal with white rice
