Kachin separatist leaders in Myanmar say government forces are continuing to push towards their strongholds near the border with China. But other ethnic minorities are now rallying in support of the Kachin Independence Army. Myanmar's ethnic minority and rebel army representatives met in the northern Thai city, Chiang Mai. They did not agree on everything, but the United Nationalities Federal Council was indeed united when it came to the situation in Kachin State. Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from northern Thailand.
