In this video, Dr. Joe talked about 6 effective exercises for C1 and 2 nerve impingement. Symptoms include headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, numbness at the back of the head, blurry vision, and may trigger a rare condition called the neck -tongue syndrome, which will cause tongue numbness! How did it happen? Usually from poor posture and bad working habits, previous sports injuries, leading to misalignment of the C1-2 joint.
