Eggless Rasmalai Cake Recipe | Rasmalai Cake | No Egg, No Cream | Easy Cake Recipe - By Cook With Jiya

Ingredients :

For Cake Batter :
2/3 cup or 160 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
1 & 1/3 cup or 200 gram all purpose flour
1 cup or 150 gram powdered sugar
1/3 cup or 80 gram yogurt
1/2 cup or 120 ml oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

For Rasmalai milk:
750 ml Milk
4-5 Crushed Cardamom pods
few saffron strangs in 3-4 TBSP Warm Milk
1/4 cup or 60 gram sugar

For Garnishing :
chopped Almonds
chopped Pistachios
