In this video I use the Australian floetrol and Amsterdam titanium white to create cells by swiping. This is the cell activator that is used in the popular bloom technique. Check out my other videos for more instructions on how to make blooms. I am using a 12"MDF round with half blue and half white base paint. These swipes come out awesome! Hope you like it. This will most likely get a topcoat of resin to even make it more beautiful!
