The catfish are cleaned, seasoned, marinated and breaded with a seasoned egg, cornmeal breadcrumb and all-purpose flour batter. From there it is sprayed with olive oil spray, and baked in a hot oven until the catfish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This recipe you can get about 6 pieces of catfish.
