Hi Everyone! We kick start our day by running up to the Big Buddha here in Phuket (hosted by Titan Fitness Phuket). Afterwards, we have a light breakfast at Titan Fitness before doing private Muay Thai classes in the afternoon.

At the moment, we are spending 1 week of our one month fitness vacation training at Titan Fitness while staying at Cocoville resort. In this video, you'll get to see some of the highlights from our private Muay Thai classes at T & Y Muay Thai and Evolve Health Club.
