These cookies have no flour, and the corn flakes are gluten free.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups corn flakes
In a large bowl mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and baking soda.
Add corn flakes and keep mixing till the dough forms one large ball.
With a medium size scoop drop onto a greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until cookies are firm to the touch. Let cookies stay on pan till slightly cool then remove and place on a cooling rack.
Make 1/1/2- 2 dz. cookies
