To enable RS taillighting animation you need to firs Unlock the SFD for that you can use Obdeeleven (pro version) or VCDS (you will need the token to unlock the SFD) then you can do the following

Go to Central electrics (09)
Unlock SFD (if needed)
Adaptation
* Select:
Intelligente Heckleuchte-Verbau
In Version
Change from 1 to 5

Note 1:
you might need pop the hood in order to "save" the Settings due SFD
After the code is done,
If this does not work immediatelly
you can try reset the MMI or just go for a quick "ride" and after that you should be able to see the new Animation.
This should be available for ALL versions with LED and dynamic light, Matrix version is not needed.

Note 2:
Seems that it does work with the version 34XX, for some users the version 36XX is not working, im not sure if is a problem with Obdeleven or MMI Version.
