Today I'm making a very tasty recipe, COD wrapped in Parmaham. A true 'Surf 'n Turf' dish, Fish & meat. The saltiness of the ham combines really well with the beautiful sweet flavors of the cod! It's light, healthy and ridiculously quick to make! The cod I use has been caught by line near the Norwegian coast, just tell your fish monger that you want to have a responsible piece of fish! Preferably use MSC certified fish. Enjoy!
