All you need 💕
1 Cup Basmati Rice (wash, Soak & let it rest for 30 Mins)
300 Gms Chicken
Whole spices ( 2 Bay leaves, 1 TBSP cumin, 5 cloves, 8 black pepper, 1 Cinnamon stick, 1 black cardamom, 3 green cardamom)
1 Onion sliced
1 TBSP Ginger Garlic paste
3 green Chillies slit
Half Cup Curd
Salt
1 TBSP Chicken Masala
1 and half Cup water (I have used chicken stock in place of water)
Coriander leaves chopped
In a Pressure cooker saute all the above ingredients well as shown in the video then after a boil comes close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on a medium flame until 2 whistles then turn off the flame. Serve the pulao with Raita and salad
