The site at Putsborough, in North Devon, UK, follows the spur of land that juts out from Woolacombe beach. Woolacombe is also a flying site, both looked after by the North Devon Hang Gliding and Paragliding club ([ Ссылка ]).
It's a beautiful stretch of coast, and as you fly along the ridge you can look over towards the fantastic surfing (and kite surfing) spots of Croyde, Saunton Sands and Westward Ho!
No bottom landings at high-tide except if you make it back to the beach, but it's a fantastic and picturesque bit of coast, well worth a visit.
