60 YEARS FEMALE COMPLAINING OF SEVERE PAIN IN RIGHT HYPOCHONDRAIL REGION WITH 3 - 5 EPISODES OF VOMITING 2 - 3 DAYS BACK. AFTER THAT ONLY PAIN AND NO VOMITING OR FEVER.
USG FINDINGS : SEVERELY OVERDISTENDED GALL BLADDER WITH DETATCHED MUCOSAL MEMBRANE WHICH IS A SIGN OF GANGRENOUS CHOLECYSTITIS. CBD WAS 11MM DILATED AND LUMEN FILLED WITH THICK DEBRIES .
LIVER WAS ENLARGED AND SHOWED MULTIPLE HYPOECHOIC SERPENTINE AREAS MORE LIKELY THICKENED WALL OF THE PORTAL TRAID DUE TO OBSTRUCTION IN CBD .
