How to make perfume at home: Diluting Diluted Materials

This video goes over how to dilute already diluted materials down to 10%.

Once you have your 10% diluted material you can follow the last diluting material video and start diluting from 10% to 1%, from 1% to .1%, from .1% to .01%, and from .01% to .001%.
