Climate activists dumped horse manure and staged a mock hanging on Saturday outside the building hosting the COP25 climate summit.
The actions had been timed to coincide with the closing of the U.N. summit, where negotiators have been unable to agree on how to implement the 2015 Paris Agreement on global warming.
