The BE50LX Kemper Profile Pack seeks to recreate the sound of a Friedman BE50 Deluxe thru our 1969 Marshall 4x12 with T1221 greenbacks mic’d with a Royer 121 and SM545. To best capture the wide breathe and tone of this amplifier we actually changed mic setup and position with each channel. This has resulted in what I believe is one of our best pack to date, beautiful but and dynamic sounding cleans, punchy crunch and rhythm and tight/massive sounding High Gain. This is one of the very best high gain circuits in existence and offers up the high gain British sound in spades but somehow pairs it with rich cleans that even Hendrix would have been happy to play.
