My version is doubled. With slight modifications ,Recipe is as follows
2 tbsp frid chicken oil
2tbsp butter
1tbsp grated onions
4tbsp Ap flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp msg
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
