Senator Lindsey Graham today introduced the NCIS Reporting Improvement Act of 2013, which clarifies circumstances under which a person loses the right to receive or possess firearms based on mental illness.
Graham introduced the bipartisan legislation with Senators Mark Begich (D-Alaska), Jeff Flake (R-Arizona) and Mark Pryor (D-Arkansas).
