Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Nyoma Advanced Landing Ground project, located just 35 km from the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Eastern Ladakh sector. This strategically significant airfield, situated at an elevation of 13,300 feet, promises to provide India with enhanced capabilities for rapid troop deployment and material transport in critical forward areas near the India-China border.
