There has been a paradigm shift in business and the way we do business in the wake of the current COVID situation. New risks and global barriers are being experienced where travel is restricted and working from home has become a new norm. Under all these circumstances new risks have come to the forefront, new cyber risks, new operational and financial risks, and the like. There is a need to build a risk management framework and do the risk assessment process on an ongoing basis.
ISO 31000 is a global standard for risk management and it gives insight into the various activities that go into the risk process and those activities like communication and monitoring that serve as umbrella activities to be undertaken throughout the risk management process. This presentation will cover risk management as per global standard ISO 31000.
